he Role:


he Home Lending Business Banker par ners collabora ively wi h our Business Bankers o deliver our cus omers proprie ary home lending needs, which in urn con ribu es o he delivery of Our S ra egic Ambi ion.

his oppor uni y provides a grea cus omer experience ha drives advocacy hrough unders anding cus omer goals and providing appropria e solu ions.

Ini ially required o work 5 days in he office for he firs 6 weeks and hen hybrid working arrangemen s.


Day o day responsibili ies:

  • Growing he consumer lending book hrough iden ifying and mee ing cus omers' needs and maximising cus omer re en ion
  • De ermining cus omers' goals and aspira ions hrough quali y conversa ions and deepening cus omer rela ionships a every in erac ion
  • Unlocking new home lending needs by iden ifying oppor uni ies wi hin exis ing por folios, working wi h aligned Bankers o genera e new referrals, local business genera ion ac ivi ies and arge ed marke ing s ra egies and ac ivi ies
  • Ensuring he highes level of cus omer sa isfac ion and service is achieved by accura e and imely processing of all lending applica ions
