Key areas of focus include:

Customer Service:Responsible for providing excellent customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about banking services.

Sales and Marketing: Large part of the role is promoting banking services and products, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts. You will work to acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with existing customers.

Financial Analysis: You will analyse financial data to help customers make informed decisions about their finances. Provide financial advice, help customers understand their credit scores, and provide guidance on how to improve financial health.

Compliance: Ensure that all banking activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. They must also ensure that customer data and financial information are kept secure and confidential.

About you
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be business savvy, results-driven, and customer-focused.

With demonstrated experience in mortgage lending and retail banking sales, you'll have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to problem solve complex financial problems.


Overall, a Mobile Banker must be knowledgeable about banking products and services, have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using technology, and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
