Overall Objective:

To work as part of the growing Customer Success function,to support and develop strong relationships with our existing clients within our Healthcare division.

The role will focus on delivering exceptional experience for our clients.

_Responsibilities:
_


  • Develop bestinclass customer relationships through an understanding of our customers' business challenges and fit for GlobalData's range of unique products and services.
  • Champion a culture of customer success within the division through delivering high levels of clientside activity and understanding through activities such as impactful training, webinars, and user content promotion in English and Korean
  • Working closely with the account management team to align on strategy
  • Drive renewal rates, business growth and longerterm customer partnerships.
  • Be the voice of the customer for continuous product enhancement and usability, alongside delivering client usecases for our crossvertical content & positioning to differentiate and grow clientside relationships.
  • Deliver clientside workshops to engage & embed all aspects of our services into the relevant stakeholder groups.

Required Skills / Attributes:

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in a customerfacing account management/customer success / client services role
  • Native proficiency in any of the languages (Chinese, Korean & Japanese)
  • Demonstrated passion for customer success and Healthcare/ Medical Industry
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and have excellent attention to detail
  • Well defined prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Ability to collect and analyse information, problemsolve, and make decisions
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience
English and Korean Mandatory

Salary:
$75,000.00 per year
