We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Customer Success Associate to help quickly grow our business in Australia

This role is key in developing account management and customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

What you will be contributing to:

  • Be the internal champion for our clients - you're leading the account management operations
  • Monitor the overall satisfaction and take the necessary action to keep it high
  • Lead cross sell operations of services that the clients need, in order to support our lifetime value strategy
  • Handle day-to-day customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Help up improve the client journey on all aspects - product, operations, lifecycle marketing...
  • Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their challenges, and how we can support them
  • Building a rocket ship in an unsexy vertical :)
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role: Customer success, Customer support, relationship manager, account management etc,
  • Ideally you have a first experience a high growth environment (startups, SME on steroids...)
  • You have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are hungry for building something exciting and gain a valuable experience to launch your business after
  • You have a can do attitude - there are always solutions, solving problems is exciting
  • You believe that perfection is the enemy of good
