This is your opportunity to join carsales as a Campaign Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, this role plays a key function within the Customer Success Centre of Excellence

  • Create, execute, optimise and deliver digital campaigns promptly and accurately with a focus on delivering client objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns are run correctly and on time to ensure revenue is maximised.
This will involve solving problems along the way and working towards strict deadlines.

  • Develop and foster relationships with our clients, in an effort to provide exceptional customer service to our internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
  • Demonstrate understanding and expertise in creating, managing and optimising online campaigns across display, video, native and programmatic.
  • Expertise to deliver with DSPs or Meta platforms is an advantage but not required.
  • Motivation to share your analytical mindset and the willingness to find solutions and solve problems to exceed campaign goals.
  • Collaboration is key, you will bring an ability to form strong relationships as you will work with lots of different teams within the business.
