Based in Richmond, FightMND is an incredible organisation that has developed a strong awareness and connection to the impact of individuals suffering from this terrible disease and the families that are deeply impacted.

FightMND is looking to do everything possible to fight this disease and positively change how people live with MND, and ultimately 'beat the beast.' FightMND is also looking at ways to integrate the message to improve the way they support researchers in doing very important work, to help raise the awareness of people in the community generally.


The Role
Through continued growth, FightMND is now looking for a Campaign Partnerships Manager to support the wider team.

Reporting into the Campaign Director and working closely with the CEO - this is a critical role to the business.

Working with FightMND's key corporate partners, the Campaign Partnerships Manager will strive to build out existing, on-going relationships to encourage multi-year partnerships with the likes of Coles, Bunnings, Sportsbet and Chemist Warehouse, as well as play a lead role in developing new partnerships.


On a day to day you will:

  • Lead on the campaign partnerships strategy that focuses on all major campaigns
  • Big Freeze, Daniher's Drive, Sockit2MND and 27 Challenge to name a few
  • Manage retail partners and major partners with a focus on revenue growth and longterm sustainabilities
  • Identification of new or improved revenue generating activities
  • Facilitate engagement between key team members of the partners
  • Oversee partner events, activations, all external communications and associated recgonised benefits
  • Prospect and secure new partners for the business
  • Manager all campaign and partnerships budget in line with company objectives
  • In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a relationshipbased, partnerships role and will have a hunger for driving longterm partnerships for the business. You will be handson, influential and personable and will have the proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies; demonstrating the ability to work and influence on all levels within the business.

Additionally, you will have:

  • A high level of commercial acumen and drive
  • 4 years+ experience working in a similar partnerships, account management or strategic customer / client facing role
  • A background in the NFP space is preferable, but not essential. You may have come from an event, FMCG, retail, pharma or even agency background
  • An energetic attitude towards your work and thrive in working in an autonomous and empowering working environment.
  • Business acumen including a drive to achieve business KPIs and company growth
