About the Role

This casual opportunity involves a blend of mailroom and general concierge tasks. You will be stationed at various client sites in Melbourne, particularly in the CBD and some eastern suburbs. As a dependable team member with a positive attitude, you will leverage your communication, computer literacy, and organizational skills to efficiently handle mail sorting, distribution, and timely delivery within the organization.

The role encompasses:

  • General concierge duties
  • Daily mail and courier management
  • File creations and retrievals
  • Daily data entry and record-keeping
  • Handling phone and email inquiries
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Moderate to heavy lifting may be required
About You

To excel in this role, you must maintain a positive outlook and understand the importance of reliability. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential traits, along with proficient computer skills and excellent communication. Strong administrative, time management, and organizational abilities are key, as well as a drive to meet and surpass client expectations.

Key skills and experience:

  • Adaptability to switch between concierge and mailroom responsibilities
  • Mailroom experience preferred, but training will be provided
  • Availability to work in different Melbourne locations, including the CBD and eastern suburbs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
