The Customer Experience Specialist is a customer facing role which uses data-driven insights and marketing automation concept and design across multiple digital touchpoints.

You will have deep understanding of complex consumer journeys; database segmentation; persona marketing; consumer lifecycle analysis; contact strategy & predictive data modelling.


MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Emarsys clients to deliver strategic initiatives which include discovery, planning and ongoing strategic support.
  • From a platform perspective, you will be tasked with driving adoption of the tech capabilities across our customer base. This will be achieved via the concepting and design of automations and subsequent reporting on performance. This solutioning will take place in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Operationally, this role will work focus mostly on service delivery in close collaboration with a Digital Project Managers for retained customer work, and with the Client Success Managers for adhoc requests.
  • You will be very familiar with the platform enabling them to work closely with clients to provide strategic insights, analytics and enablement and help to drive value and adoption of Emarsys. They may also support the clients in executing key tasks using best practice on the platform. The Specialist will be fully enabled and trained on how to use the tech platform.
  • You may also be brought to project manage key projects to make sure that agreed scoped of work is delivered within the resources and timeline discussed prior with the clients.

  • It is expected that you possess workforce skills; possessing knowledge and capabilities outlined above.
  • You are rigorous and datadriven in your work, with natural ability to face customers and tailor your advice and insight to type of customer.
  • You must have a good understanding of data and some ability to understand technical requirement will be a plus.
  • You are rigorous, creative and business focused in your work.
  • You are used to both providing the strategy and staying with the customer to execute and refine it.
