The Customer Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in updating customer contact information as part of a communication-driven project. The primary task involves addressing inquiries related to the campaign, specifically regarding contact details.

**This opportunity is for a 9-month Fixed-Term Contract starting on the 17th of June 2024.**

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to request updated customer contact details.
  • Servicing inbound calls to update customer contact information.
  • Understanding the project's objectives and effectively managing customer queries and exceptions.
  • Updating a web form to collect revised customer contact details.
  • Fostering a supportive team environment while actively sharing expertise and knowledge.
  • Adhering to established procedures to direct escalations and complaints to the relevant internal departments for prompt resolution.

  • Ability to multitask and exhibit effective time management abilities.
  • Prior experience in a customer-focused Contact Centre environment.
