What will you be doing?
Our Online Customer Experience Specialists are an integral part of our Client Experience team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Compiling data, insights and feedback into weekly report with a continuous focus on improvement.
  • Attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to social media platforms.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Marketing, Partnerships & Sales to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Be passionate about online engagement and how this drives Brand awareness.

Your story so far

  • You will have 1 year experience working in an ecommerce / online environment, call centre position OR perhaps your work experience is within marketing
  • Your communication and presentation skills will be A-MAZING Your ability to influence people will make them think you are in sales
  • A creative problem solver, the ability to find winwin solutions is key.
  • Customer service and going above and beyond will be at the heart of who you are.
