Job Description

The purpose of this role is to enhance and expand the impact of marketing on influencing behaviour and driving commercial outcomes for Cover-More. You'll play a key role in supporting the global marketing goals and objectives through content marketing, digital marketing, social media, and events. The primary focus will be on driving engagement and lead generation within the targeted B2B market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the global marketing department to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of content marketing plans to enhance thought leadership and engage the target audience.
  • Work closely with the Head of Content to create compelling and relevant content for various channels.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Utilise tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to measure and analyse campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital to optimise digital marketing strategies.
  • Support the coordination of both internal and external events.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, product development, and other relevant departments for integrated marketing efforts.
  • Help provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' B2B marketing experience (travel or insurance services an advantage).
  • Strong marketing automation and lifecycle management skills.
  • Confident and engaging marketer with the ability to connect with people across the business.
  • Numbers-driven, leveraging metrics to achieve sales and retention goals.
  • Team player with a sense of fun and a willingness to bring a positive attitude to work every day.
  • Marketing, Commerce, or Business degree and/or similar certifications preferred.
