About the Role:

Our client has spent 20 years servicing the Gold Coast region.

Their professional reputation and high quality products and service, have helped them to build strong business foundations and corporate relationships throughout the community during that time.


They are now seeking a dedicated office professional, who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be supporting up to 25 team members with day to day Reception and Administration functions. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a flexible "can-do" attitude and takes pride in their work.

Duties:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Maintaining presentation of the showroom and boardroom
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Meeting and greeting clients and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Update and management of customer data base
  • Processing service contracts and renewals
  • Ensure adequate stationary and brochure supplies are available
  • General administrative support when required

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Reception/Administration position
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to take accurate messages and phone numbers
  • Positive and flexible attitude and a genuine desire to deliver on commitments
  • Ability to work independently and in conjunction with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office & CRM systems
