Due to an internal promotion Groupline Constructions are looking to fill an Administration/data entry role.

About Us

Duties will include but not limited to

  • Reception
  • Answering of phones
  • Data entry printing, coding and entering of invoices into MYOB
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders, and dockets
  • Collating invoices against statements
  • Monitoring of boardroom Calander and preparation of the boardroom for meetings
  • Filing
  • Chasing up supervisors for purchase orders
  • General office, administration, and reception duties.

About you

  • Able and willing to perform repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong work ethic, Proactive and results driven
  • Experience with using MS Office and Myob
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Work efficiently both independently and within a team
  • Positive and personable
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Great sense of humour
Those with experience in the building industry will be highly regarded.
