Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) My client seeks a Mandarin-speaking leading technology innovator with a focus on systems integration and managed services.

Renowned for pioneering solutions and unwavering customer satisfaction, our client is expanding its team to meet the escalating demand for specialized technical prowess and tailored IT infrastructure solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to grasp customer technical requirements and craft bespoke solutions aligned with their business goals.

Develop compelling proposals, respond to RFPs, and craft comprehensive bidding documents while managing bidding-related tasks.
Coordinate technical aspects of planning, quoting, and procurement activities.
Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring resource optimization, adherence to timelines, and project scope.
Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships through effective communication and project management.
Stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Provide post-sales support as needed.

Desired Skills and Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).

Experience in Pre-Sales Engineering is advantageous but not mandatory; however, such experience would be highly valued, particularly within a System Integrator & MSP environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at elucidating complex technical details to diverse audiences.
Collaborative spirit, capable of working harmoniously in a dynamic, cross-functional team setting.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Willingness to travel to meet client requirements.
Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: Networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching)

Storage systems (e.g., SAN, NAS)Database Management (e.g.
