To be successful in this exciting role you will:
â¢Have proven competence in working with students providing counselling, assessment, appropriate intervention, case management, liaison and referrals
⢠Provide support and guidance to staff and families for targeted programs for students
⢠Demonstrate your capability to work collaboratively with and provide expert advice to the broader student wellbeing teams, colleagues, school communities, external agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
⢠Ability to maintain appropriate records (including digital) and ensure compliance with professional guidelines of record keeping and confidentiality.
⢠Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a collaborative team and have a good sense of humour.
⢠Be supportive of the Anglican Ethos of the Grafton Diocese and of the schools mission and values.
Mandatory requirements:
⢠Registration as a Psychologist by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
⢠Eligibility for membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS)
⢠Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory
⢠Experience working in the Education sector would be highly advantageous
