- Salary: $150,000 + Superannuation (Full Time Equivalent)
As the Learning Partner, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to lead the end to end implementation of a range of global and regional online learning programs.
Reporting into the Global Learning Manager, you will be responsible for:- Taking ownership of learning projects on both a global and regional scale; managing the projects end to end.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, truly understanding their learning needs and curating and developing engaging programs to provide effective solutions.
- Communicating business wide to advise employees and leaders on the learning programs and projects that are available.
- Working with a continuous improvement mindset, seeking feedback to understand how to create more effective learning.
- Degree qualification in learning or related discipline.
- Strong experience of managing end to end learning programs and projects.
- Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Project management experience.
