We would like to welcome someone who has had experience in the following:
Delivering training programs.
Significant experience in organisational development and/or learning business partnering role in a similar sized business.
Demonstrated experience with project development / program management of Learning and Organisational Development initiatives.
Experience in leadership learning & development, with the ability to develop and implement a leadership strategy.
Experience in designing and developing engaging learning content, as well as managing an LMS.What can you bring to the role and Explorers?The role will be responsible for supporting the strategic agenda through building and implementing organisation design learning solutions in line with business needs.
Deliver on People and Culture learning and development strategyPartner with the wider business to develop and execute.Partner with the business to enhance talent managementDevelop capability and facilitate the implementation of a learning and development function, assisting in compliance, competency, technical and skills training.
OH&S.Support with the management of our Trainees studying their Certificate III's & Diploma.Manage position descriptions, policies, and our performance management appraisals process.
