Reporting into the Senior Manager Learning & Knowledge, the Learning Design & Delivery Consultant will design and deliver learning solutions for front-line employees and partners.

- Be a trusted learning advisor through partnering with stakeholders and project teams to understand learning needs and develop and deliver innovative learning experiences.
- Deliver, or supervise the delivery of, a full suite of inhouse training including induction, coretorole technical and soft skill learning, compliance learning, CPD learning, organisational development learning, and other learning initiatives as identified.
- Ensure design and development of procedural content and learning materials utilises adult education methodologies and instructional design approaches.
- Drive the strategic partnership with enterprise L&D to ensure a consistency in delivery of content.

You keep up with the emerging technologies and due to your experience with facilitation, delivery of learning and training logistics, you are comfortable introducing these into the business.
- Demonstrable experience in partnering and working with different business stakeholders and functions in financial services.
- Understanding of different learning and communication styles and knowledge management principles.
- Experience and immense curiosity in the design of highquality learning solutions with a Continuous improvement and simplification focus.
- Expertise with media production software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition) and 2D animation (Adobe Animate)
- Solid experience in elearning tools and technologies e.g., Articulate 360, SCORM, including at least one LMS e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors etc
