Position Description
Collaborate with NDIS Services partners to provide top-notch learning and organizational development solutions, ensuring alignment with MedHealth's business plan for learning and organizational development. This role involves leading key projects and initiatives, offering ample opportunities to contribute significantly while honing your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Ready For Action Induction Program for NDIS Services
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps, challenges, and recommendations for supporting successful business outcomes
- Support the professional growth of NDIS Services graduates
- Cultivate relationships with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders within NDIS Services brands and across the broader MedHealth group
- Create and deliver top-quality learning programs and services including project management, facilitation, and coordination
- Assist in implementing capability frameworks across the division
- Demonstrate ROI through data analysis and comprehensive reporting on key metrics
- Support the development of new leaders to enhance essential leadership skills
Requirements for Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in developing and implementing capability frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proven track record in designing blended learning solutions
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
- Creative problem-solving skills with flexibility
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds to ensure high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Degree or qualification in HR, L&D, or Training & Assessment (preferred)
