An exciting new opportunity has become available for a
Customer Delivery Manager - Major Upgrades, to join our high performing team.

This role will manage the delivery of our Imaging system services and solutions to our existing customer base across ANZ, ensuring that projects are managed and seamlessly delivered to customers.


You will take the lead of a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability & delivery issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, budgets and that delivery is within scope and time frames and resulting in exceeding customers' expectations.

Services include installation of equipment and software & hardware upgrades.


Working with our existing customer base across ANZ, this role can be based in our North Ryde, Melbourne or Brisbane office with occasional travel, as needed.

You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the success of the project & customer satisfaction.

Other key responsibilities

  • Managing key relationships customer engagements, monthly meetings, including meeting SLAs, continuous improvement, and reporting.
  • Project management of any transitionin activities such as deployments, technology changes, upgrades and/or migrations.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider organisation to provide exceptional service to our customers. Services include installation of equipment and software & hardware upgrades.
  • Actively participating in the sales process and providing expert support throughout the entire life cycle of our customer relationships (from presales through to implementation and postsales support).
  • Maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction and work as a trusted advisor of your clients on desirable outcomes.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for customers across ANZ for upgrade deliveries
  • Maintaining quality documentation and compliance.

We are looking for someone who has

  • You will bring previous experience in customerfacing service engineering background within the medical equipment or project management position.
  • Strong IT skills, and the ability to work in a fastpaced, high volume environment
  • You will have exceptional organization skills and able to mitigate issues before they arise.
  • Exceptional communication skills and able to build relationships both internally and externally with customers to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • A continuous improvement mindset on how we deliver our projects and continue to build and enhance credibility with customers.
  • A degreelevel education or equivalent in Project Management, business, or Healthcare.
