Proven experience in leading testing efforts for People Soft FSCM projects, including creating test strategies, plans, and test cases.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools.
Developing test strategies, plans, and schedules for testing activities.
Allocating resources (both human and technical) effectively for testing projects.
Ensuring that test cases are executed according to the defined test plan.
Tracking and managing defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
Providing regular status reports, test metrics, and progress updates.
Identifying and mitigating risks related to testing activities.
Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies
