The Role:
Miele are looking to expand their team of Customer Service Consultants located at their Scoresby Contact Centre. You will be working on the general Inbound Customer Enquiries line.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role and build your career with the Miele brand that prides themselves continuous improvement of their products and services for their customers.


Your responsibilities will incorporate:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond in an efficient and professional manner to all consumers
  • Process orders in a timely manner and display a sense of urgency towards customer enquiries
  • Management and first call resolution of customer concerns
  • Provide product information and technical assistance
  • Proactively maintain an uptodate knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consume
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
