We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic Finance team.

You will be based at our Head Offices in Abbotsford and will not only be surrounded by beautiful shoes, but be a part of a supportive, inclusive, and growing accountancy and finance team.

Working together with the business units and developing key relationships with our internal Stakeholders, you will support the Group Finance function and report to the Accounts Payable Manager

You will be working closely with the Wholesale team and acting as the key Finance representative within the business for collection of funds from our Wholesale Clients.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist who is strong at developing relationships with our clients while delivering a high level of customer service.


  • Our Accounts Receivable function is a busy, "no two days are the same" kind of role.
  • You will work with highvolume accounts across our diverse client portfolio.
  • As the sole Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work alongside, and be supported by our fun AP team and be an integral part of our finance function
  • You will perform all duties of the Accounts Receivable function including:
  • Representing the business directly with the customers regarding the financial accounts ensuring all queries and requests are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

We are searching for a passionate Accounts Receivable professional. With an eye for detail, self-driven and an ability to work with high volume accounts.

  • You have worked in an Accounts Receivable role for 3+ years and have a natural ability to follow up, learn new systems and develop rapport.
  • You will have experience in a complex, fast paced business environment (Retail/Wholesale is preferred, but not essential)
  • If you have used, or know Infor M3 this would be a great advantage
  • You love to work with suppliers, stakeholders, and your team to achieve epic customer experience in a friendly and professional way every time.
  • You enjoy numbers (and are more than likely super organised), and find Zen in having good systems, processes and working in a methodological fashion
  • You are a team player, love shoes and have had retail or wholesale industry experience.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills. We want you to grow and mature with the rest of the organisation.
