As part of the ongoing growth and success of our Finance team, we have a new opening for a Finance Administrator to join our team.

More about the Role;

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Accountancy and Finance Graduate to get their seat in a fast paced and dynamic retail finance and accountancy environment.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager you will be responsible for;

  • The daily bank reconciliation processes.
  • Assisting with administrative and adhoc tasks to support the finance team.
More about You;

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent (or in progress of obtaining)
  • Minimum 1 2 years demonstrated administration experience.
  • Experience in a retail (or multisite) banking environment.
  • Infor M3 knowledge is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Understanding of core administration tasks such as record keeping, filing and reconciliations.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, identify trends and proactively address upcoming issues / opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills. We want you to grow and mature with the rest of the organisation.
