The Graduate End User Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical maintenance, support services within agreed service levels and maintaining technical documentation.

- Ensuring that the operation of the End User Support is in accordance with the established procedures and practices.
- Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs.
- Providing excellent technical support in a highpaced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
- Assisting new users with their IT hardware collection and setup.
- Ensuring new equipment is up to date and deployment ready prior to release to customers.
- Deploying hardware such as Laptops and Mobile phones to customers.
- Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs.
- Participating in patching and AV tool monitoring as directed by the End User Services Team Leader
- Participating in project work as directed by the Team Leader.
- Assisting with asset management tasks as directed

To be eligible for our graduate roles, you must:
- Be available to start full time in early 202
- Have completed your bachelor's, Diploma or Certification in an Australian or New Zealand institution
- Have recently completed or due to graduate soon
- Have Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.
- Less than 1 year relevant professional experience.
