We now have multiple positions for career-driven Support Coordinators to join our fun and dynamic team.


As a Support Coordinator, you will manage your portfolio of NDIS participants relying on your ability to build rapport and foster relationships, all the while maintaining your billability targets.

You will use your high-level stakeholder management skills to build and leverage networks to ensure the best support for your customers.

You will set up service agreements with providers, prepare plan reviews, conduct risk assessments and, critically, provide support should issues arise.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to turn your transferrable skills into a career in the disability sector. Past experience working in disability is not a prerequisite for this role. We are looking for empathetic people with great time management who want to work in a people-focused culture.

Upon commencement you will receive 2 weeks of Industry-leading training to help set you up for success

What you will bring to the role:

  • A track record of success meeting productivity and activity targets
  • Proven experience in Portfolio Management
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Experience in a KPI-driven environment
  • High work ethic and resilience
  • A current Australian driver's license and well-maintained vehicle that meets current safety standards with fully comprehensive car insurance.
  • An NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Dependent on the role the appropriate Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People check as per State/Territory legislation may also be required
