We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to work within our award-winning Corporate Marketing and Communications team.

This role is integral to enhancing the productivity of the business through the implementation and project management of key marketing and communications initiatives related to Property Marketing & Digital.


Reporting to the Director of Property Marketing & Digital, the position is primarily responsible for supporting our brand, property marketing, client marketing and our internal marketing platforms, as well as providing administrative support to the corporate marketing team.


Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing campaign management support to Operators and agency marketing leaders.
  • Assisting to develop and execute initiatives and campaigns and leading the project management.
  • The coordination of marketing tactics and continual collaboration with the national marketing team.
  • Act as a brand custodian ensuring that all marketing material is compliant to global brand guidelines.
  • Manage metric reporting processes both monthly and quarterly.
  • Provide assistance to team assistants nationally where required.
  • Mange updates and uploading content to our CMS platform Sitecore and be the goto person for support under the direction of the digital lead.

Qualifications:

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and/or InDesign).
  • Ability to manage and work as part of a fastpaced team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative, creativity, and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
