In this critical role you will work closely with the ELT on key business objectives, along with all levels of the organisations from business managers / functions leaders to the frontline team to support and lead the organisation's crucial focus on enhancing the simplicity to the frontline agenda.


The role is focused on operational improvement and company-wide strategic cohesion in supply chain processes and system synergies to enable a well focused cross functional delivery of services to the frontline teams.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s).
  • Manage inventory and establish controls to ensure Rentokil Initial is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimise supply chain risk.
  • Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function in creating a world class supply chain management group
  • Plan buying cycle, manage fleet life cycle and ensure the right vehicles are purchased for the right job at the right time
  • Ensure assets are tracked and managed and disposal process is closely managed
  • Develop clear KPIs to review and monitor fleet movement, fleet usage and cost exceptions in conjunction with the fleet management provider
  • Lead and coach others in maintaining excellence on procurement, quality control and safety
  • Develop and continuously improve supplier programs.
