Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As an Integrated Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time replenishment of products to our customers, while driving supply chain management and customer collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute orders against sales/demand plans to maximize service levels and minimize total cost to serve.
  • Create aligned operational plans to identify and drive process improvements, ensuring service and productivity key performance indicator targets are met.
  • Manage daily customer communications, fostering effective collaboration and driving proactive issue resolution.
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting on key performance indicators, such as DIFOD, OBSL, and inventory levels, and drive root cause analyses and corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure demand plans are reconciled and aligned through collaboration, providing order visibility and ensuring order plans reflect all aspects of expected inventory.

Requirements

  • Supply chain experience and/or sales experience.
  • Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast-moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Time management, prioritization, and planning.
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A business or supply chain degree is an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or sales.
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry will be well regarded.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exposure to SAP is an advantage.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week, based between our NSW state office and Woolworths Head Office – Bella Vista, with flexible working options available.
