An opportunity to work with a not for profit health organisation, leading the way in improving health outcomes:


  • You will be providing support to the CEO and Executive Directors, previous experience is essential:
-
Initial 3 month contract, close to public transport


This organisation, based on the city fridge, has a key purpose and goal to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients.

You will play a key position in supporting the CEO and Executive Directors providing executive support, you will be a proactive team player and forward thinker.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Making appointments and maintaining diaries
  • Drafting and processing external correspondence
  • Preparing reports and minute taking in internal and external meetings
  • Maintain effective working relationship with management and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and asses when a matter should be escalated to the CEO
  • Receive all incoming communication to the CEO and determine the suitable course of action

You will have the following:

  • Previous experience in an executive support role
  • Not for profit experience would be advantageous
  • Intermediate knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proven experience working in a busy environment
  • Be hardworking, punctual, and organized
  • Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An aptitude to grow and learn
