Admin Assistant/bookkeeper

Are you interested in a position with a small, fun workplace somewhere you can come in to a great, comfortable environment? The position is an all-rounder/support for our growing practice.
You'll spend your days supporting your team [which could include anything from prepping compliance jobs to setting up a new entity] including being the Director of First Impressions by way of greeting clients and answering the phone.
In addition, the role includes bookkeeping and related tasks. It's going to be varied and change from day to day, we won't lie It could potentially grow into different directions going forward with the expected continued growth of the practice, which would have to be ok or even exciting for the right person
This role would suit someone who is flexible, can multi-task easily, is happy to liaise with the ATO, SRO and ASIC etc and has bookkeeping experience (and favourably, qualifications).
If you are a positive, self-sufficient and energetic person, love Xero as much as we do and the above sounds like something you'd be interested in, then we are interested in you We're happy with a part-timer, preferably 5 days a week, but would be flexible for the right person.
