We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to ensure our front desk team consistently provides world class service, whilst helping drive growth and ensuring both patient and staff satisfaction

Must have:

- Experience as a senior receptionist as a minimum in a busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding patient care and customer service
- A positive 'can do' attitude

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Overseeing training of receptionists
- Implementation and continuous improvement of reception systems and policies.
- Ensuring an effective and efficient reception service is provided at all times
- Overseeing treatment plans and consent for treatments
- Experience in the dental industry, including admin, reception and/or dental assisting would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous management experience would also be an advantage
