In this role, you'll report directly to the Construction Manager, managing project schedules, supporting Site Supervisors, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Here's what you'll be up to:
Assist the Construction Manager in project preparation and review.
Support Site Supervisors in their daily tasks.
Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
Assist in the various phases of the construction process.
Distribute project information to contractors.
Oversee projects from commencement to handover.
Inspect progress and completed work to ensure high standards of quality.
Maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships.
Ensure all work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations.
What you need to bring:
QBCC Building Supervisors Licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management (preferred).
Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).
Trade/Construction background.
Current driver's licence.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Site Supervisors.
Ability to schedule jobs effectively and manage within budget and time specifications.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
Confidence and ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
A passion for producing high-quality work.
