About the Role

Otraco International is a world-leading provider of Earthmover/Off-road tyre management services to the mining industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' tyre management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of zero harm and ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and improve tyre management practices, and provide guidance and support to site teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tyre management needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of tyre management activities, including audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance tyre management efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and coaching to site teams on tyre management best practices and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Otraco's policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their tyre management needs are met and exceeded.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive industry experience in the fitting of OTR tyres and the management of mine-based OTR operations.
  • Proven supervisory and area management experience, with the ability to provide support to geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and site teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve tyre management efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Good knowledge of OHS legislation, discipline, and practice.
