Job SummaryThe Area Manager will lead a team of hourly employees and be responsible for engaging the team during shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. - Work in an environment where the noise level varies and is subject to variable temperatures and weather.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or overnight shifts.
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $61,400/year to $100,000/year, depending on the location. In addition to base pay, Amazon offers a range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
