We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team at CBGU JV, a leading construction company in Queensland. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing the construction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with site-based personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction management, with a strong background in building and fitout
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
