The Royal Melbourne Hospital, a leading healthcare facility in Victoria, is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Microbiology team. This full-time, 12-month position involves working in various areas of the Microbiology Department, focusing on bacteriology, infectious serology, and molecular microbiology.

Your Role:

  • Enhance your skills across all aspects of the microbiology department, including bacteriology, serology, and molecular biology
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by introducing new tests and methods
  • Participate in weekend, evening, and night shifts rotation

About You:

  • Experience in a clinical diagnostic Microbiology laboratory
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Professionalism in patient care, confidentiality, and service efficiency
