Manager - Workplace Strategy

Reporting to the Director, Workplace Experience, you will develop and implement strategies for Accommodation and Corporate Sustainability, enhancing our workplace in Melbourne and Sydney.
The key duties of the position include: Key Responsibilities Accommodation Strategyo Develop and maintain an Accommodation Strategy.o Understand and analyze office needs.o Communicate strategies to senior management.o Monitor and report workspace usage.
Corporate Sustainabilityo Lead the Corporate Sustainability Strategy.o Design and implement sustainability initiatives.o Report on progress to stakeholders.Stakeholder Managemento Engage stakeholders and manage expectations.o Address issues and concerns.o Promote workplace initiatives with Communications teams.
Qualifications and Experienceo Degree in Facilities Management, Finance, Commerce, Technology, Project Management, or similar.o Experience in workplace and sustainability strategy.o Project management experience.o Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Skills and Competencieso Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.o Collaborative and outcome-focused.o Proficient in Excel.o High attention to detail.o Strong organizational and prioritization skills.o Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.o Enthusiastic and committed to improvement.o High cultural acumen and emotional intelligence.o Calm under pressure.
