ABOUT THE ROLE

Passionate about fast-paced, global fashion-retail, we are looking for an energetic Communications professional that is ready to take on the world of Cotton On Retail Communications. Advising, supporting and enabling the world's best practice in Retail Communications across 22 countries and 20,000 team members, this is role unlike any other. Agile, optimistic and with a willingness to give anything a go, you will be collaborating with stakeholders across the Cotton On business to develop, maintain and innovate integrated internal communications strategies and campaigns.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


• Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Communications, PR, Social Media or similar

• Proven experience in a similar Internal Retail Communications role for a fast paced, global retailer

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) functions

• Understanding of data analytics tools, with the ability to analyse data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement

• Confident decision making skills that will impact the success of our customer reach

• A high level of planning, organisation and time management skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent copy writing skills

• Proven ability in maintaining day-to-day operations and project management

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all departments and management levels
