Advising, supporting and enabling the world's best practice in Retail Communications across 22 countries and 20,000 team members, this is role unlike any other.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Communications, PR, Social Media or similar
- Proven experience in a similar Internal Retail Communications role for a fast paced, global retailer
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) functions
- Understanding of data analytics tools, with the ability to analyse data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement
- Confident decision making skills that will impact the success of our customer reach
- A high level of planning, organisation and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent copy writing skills
- Proven ability in maintaining daytoday operations and project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all departments and management levels
