About the role
An opportunity for a creative, passionate and fun individual to join our Learning and Development team on a permanent part time basis (30 hours per week).
Create fresh and informative learning materials and utilise a wide range of delivery methods such as face-to-face, and virtual.
Deliver and coordinate corporate training programs, develop and review policies and procedures and update communications to staff on the intranet.
About you
You'll be innovative and an 'out of the box' thinker, with new ideas on improvements and developments to learning material that will engage staff while being informative.
Along with this, you'll also have:
- Tertiary qualification in Adult Education, Learning Development or similar
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or leadership is advantageous
- Prior experience working within a learning and development environment
- Ability to plan, develop and deliver learning materials
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to show initiative and try new things
- Drivers License
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
