The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) manages the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), one of Australia's greatest assets. The MCG is host to more than 70 major events annually attracting over three million patrons and visitors.

The Club Services & Heritage department at the MCC is responsible for providing a high quality of service to approximately 150,000 Melbourne Cricket Club members as well as patrons of the MCG.

An excellent new opportunity has arisen in this team for a Membership Services Coordinator.

Reporting to the Membership Services Manager, this is a hands-on diverse role where the job goals are to:

  • Deliver excellent customer service across all channels to members and customers in every interaction, inclusive of event days
  • Maintain high standards at reception meeting points, shared office spaces and meeting rooms,, in line with our CARE principles
  • Work with the Membership Services Manager with key metric reporting assistance, casual team rostering, escalation points and Match day supervisor support
  • Coordinate administration and operational processes, ensuring KPIs are met
  • General office support
