About the Opportunity:


We have an exciting new role in our Parramatta office for a PA extraordinaire to join our growing Audit team.

You will provide exceptional administration support to our Parramatta Audit Director, as well as the broader Audit Director group as required.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage diaries
  • Prepare of proposals, tenders, and general correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, and responding to general enquiries.
  • Database Management including updating and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collate and prepare confidential documentation.
  • Manage monthly billing process.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in a professional services environment, audit experience highly regarded.
  • A strong team focused approach.
  • A willingness to take ownership of their role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite.
