About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with sales-related queries, provide product recommendations, and support sales teams as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and replenishing stock.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the yard and warehouse areas.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a blue-collar industry.
  • Attitude: A keen and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Own PPE: Ability to provide own personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Forklift License: Forklift license preferred, but not required.
