About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal / Law Clerk to join our Personal Injury Litigation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and assisting with the management of personal injury claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and management of personal injury claims, including gathering and reviewing documents, conducting research, and drafting correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including preparing court documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in personal injury claims.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law related to personal injury claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a paralegal or law clerk role, preferably in personal injury litigation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
