ABOUT THE ROLE


The Manager Relationships and Accounts Payable is responsible for maintaining cooperative, productive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders within HealthShare NSW (HSNSW) to maximise the alignment and integration of NSW Ambulance and HSNSW.

These relationships include the procurement, accounts payable, vendor and payroll arms of HSNSW plus NSW Ministry of Health key contacts.


They will maintain close working relationships with HealthShare NSNSW stakeholders to improve and consolidate the working partnership between NSW Ambulance and NSW Health shared service centre.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in purchasing and accounts payable; Experience in working in a large finance or procurement function; knowledge of and experience in preparing standard and customized reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact effectively with staff, managers and external stakeholders. Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports, and management briefs. Experience in the development of policy and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines and work with limited supervision; Demonstrated experience working at a supervisory level in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering a variety of projects and meeting tight timeframe preferably in a public sector environment.
  • Demonstrated people management skills.
