Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate routine department tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion across various projects and companies.
  2. Ensure all transactions adhere to internal policies and procedures.
  3. Review and verify employee expenses to maintain financial integrity.
  4. Monitor bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany transactions, and supplier reconciliations to identify potential issues.
  5. Assist with month-end tasks, including accruals, prepayments, and reviewing all bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  6. Process and review payment runs and upload them onto various banking platforms to streamline financial operations.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience at Accounts Payable Manager level with a strong track record of success.
  2. Experience managing an offshore team is highly desirable.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, such as Xero and QuickBooks, is highly desirable.
  5. Experience in a hands-on role with high levels of attention to detail to maintain financial accuracy.
Work Arrangements:
  1. The organisation operates a flexible work-from-home policy with 2 days in the office per week.
  2. Shorter notice periods will be favoured to accommodate the team's needs.
