Business Process/Documentation Specialist

Business Process/Documentation Specialist will lead or participate in process improvement activities within the optimisation team. This role acts as a project coordinator, facilitator, analyst, and change manager, utilizing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to drive work efficiencies. The specialist is responsible for mapping current business processes, creating operational procedures, and supporting Operational Teams by defining, refining, and documenting future state processes to adhere to ISO 9001 Standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Optimisation Manager in process enhancement initiatives, including coordinating project meetings and ensuring goals are achieved.
- Analyze and map existing business processes while developing procedures and operational models.
- Define, refine, and document future processes effectively.
- Create and communicate requirements for efficient changes.
- Support the implementation of change management strategies.
- Conduct research on best practices and present project updates to leadership.
- Develop and manage documentation and training materials to align with ISO9001 standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure ISO standards compliance.
- Provide support during external audits when needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years experience in process improvement, process mapping, change management, or project management.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and process enhancement methodologies (preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, and change management capabilities.
- Practical knowledge of document control systems.
- Proficient in developing and communicating operational procedures and processes.
- Prior exposure to ISO9001 accreditation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct best practices research.
