Job Description

  • Part-time position: 23 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Healesville VIC
  • Enhance your annual income with Salary Packaging benefits

As the Administration Officer, you will support the administrative operations of EACH's AOD Rehabilitation Program, following EACH's policies and procedures. Your expertise in administrative tasks and ability to collaborate with a diverse team, including counselors and support workers, to provide top-notch services to residents, will be crucial.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain strong customer relations and services for clients and the community
  • Create a friendly environment for residents, visitors, and contractors
  • Monitor and register all individuals entering and leaving the program site
  • Act as the primary contact for health, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring emergency protocols are followed and maintenance requests are dealt with
  • Handle inquiries promptly by managing shared inboxes
  • Perform audits and review local policies as per organizational guidelines
  • Handle phone calls and messages professionally and promptly
  • Assist with database management and reporting
  • Manage basic financial records, including invoicing and payments
  • Oversee program resources, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure smooth operation of office and IT equipment

Qualifications

• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite

• Relevant Certificate IV or higher in an administrative-related field (e.g., business administration or similar)

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a car
