**Job Description**:

- ** Part-time 0.8FTE (Tuesday - Friday) ongoing position.**:

- **Work from our Healesville office with the ability to cover our Yarra Junction office when required.**:

- ** $31.08 per hour + Super + Generous **Salary Packaging** benefits of up to $18,550**

As the _Receptionist/Administration Officer_ you will collaborate across all programs to ensure effective management of customer and service needs and communicates respectfully and work collaboratively within the team environment.

Duties include:

- Contributing to the provision of high-quality services to customers and staff through creating a friendly and welcoming environment, excellent customer service, and clerical and administrative support across sites as required.
- Providing support and assistance to fellow team members and Team Coordinator as required.
- Ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and information about EACH services/program are accurate.
- Keeping all client information confidential.

- Experience and Knowledge required: _
- Demonstrated reception and customer service experience and capabilities within a Community Health Care setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in the use of digital technologies including word, excel and client record systems.
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, negotiate and resolve issues supported by sound decision making skills.
- A Certificate IV Business / Medical Administration equivalent or demonstrated learned experience is highly regarded.
